The Congress of South African Trade Unions in Mpumalanga pledges its full support to members its affiliated union SACTWU employed by SAKPRO MANUFACTURING in white River in Nelspruit who have embarked on strike action.

 The dispute aroused as a result of the collapse of the process of negotiation between the employer and employers for wage negotiations.

The areas of disagreement are as follows: –

·       The union presented their demand of 8% while the employer offers 5,5% and not opened for further engagement.

The workers have vowed not to backdown till their demands are met.
