• Appointments and placements of teachers
• Full absorption of qualified Grade R Practitioners, Security, clerks and all other workers in the education sector
• Termination of Grade R teachers and the renewal of contracts
• Safety and security of employees especially teachers
• Some of uMlazi schools being victims of corruption by departmental officials
