SAEPU to march to the Office of the Premier in Fress State

The South African Emergency Personnel’s Union (SAEPU) will be marching against EMS management in Free State province. Workers will march to the office of the premier to submit the memorandum. The march will be addressed by SAEPU president Mpho Mpogeng and COSATU provincial leadership.

Our demands include the following:

Ø  Department must pay overtime from 2013 to 2019 and Danger allowances.

Ø  New employees must not earn more than old employees.

Ø  We need safety for our EMS personnel.

Ø  Dismiss managers who have no understanding of EMS sector.

Ø  Stop protecting managers whereas employees are dismissed by the same managers.

Ø  Equipments to execute day to day job.

Ø  EMS station in every district.

The march is set to take place as follows:
