The National Education, Health and Allied Workers’ Union (NEHAWU) in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) will hold a Press Conference tomorrow in Durban.

The purpose of the press conference is to communicate the outcomes of the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC) meeting that was convened from 26th and 27th of September 2019.

The press conference will cover the following issues:

·       The Assessment of the first 100 days of the KZN Provincial Executive Council including the display of serious arrogance by some new MECs.

·       The State of Public Health in the Province towards the full implementation of the NHI

·       The State of Higher Education in the Province and the onslaught directed to our members by the Principals and the Vice-Chancellors.
