COSATU Mpumalanga fully supports the planned protest action by NEHAWU

The Congress of South African Trade Unions in Mpumalanga will fully support the Provincial Public Health Sector march led by its affiliate  National Education Health and Allied Workers Union (NEHAWU) planned to take place as follows:-

Date  :         28 November 2019

Time  :         10h00

Venue:        New Mapulaneng Hospital – Dwarsloop

The march aims to address and highlight the following socio economic challenges:-

Ø  The call for the completion of building project of the new Mapulaneng Hospital

Ø   To demand for the total upliftment of the 2015 moratorium on employment of public servants.

Ø  To call for the improvement and compliance of the health and safety standards in our public health institutions.

Ø  To demand for the establishment of the Bohlabelo health and social development District office in order enhance equitable quality public services for all in the province.

Ø  The call for the insourcing of public services in order to advance decent work and quality service for all.

The memorandum of demands will be handed over to Premier Refilwe Mtshweni Tsipane.
