NEHAWU TO LAUNCH 16 DAYS OF ACTIVISM AGAINST GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE AND CHILD ABUSE PROGRAM OF ACTION ON TUESDAY IN MPUMALANGA

The National Education, Health and Allied Workers’ Union (NEHAWU) will launch its 2020 program of action for the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence and child abuse on Tuesday December 1, 2020 in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga.

The national union will unveil its program of action to be implemented nationally during the 16 days and beyond. Speeches will be delivered by the national leadership of NEHAWU, Alliance partners (ANC, COSATU and SACP), NGO’s working with women and children and a representative from the Mpumalanga provincial government.

The program of action will be launched under the following details:
