The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) will present its submission on the Land Court Bill to Parliament’s Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services at 09h00 Tuesday 01 March 2022.
The essential objective of the Land Court Bill is to establish a dedicated Land Court to deal with land matters including restitution, claims and eviction cases.
