The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) in partnership with Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) are set to launch a joint call centre that aims to assist workers resolve their challenges.
The call centre will accept calls from both members of COSATU affiliates and unorganised workers.
The joint call centre will be launched on 25 February 2025, at COSATU House, at 1pm.
