he Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) in the Northern Cape mourns the untimely death of activist and gender champion, comrade Nthabiseng Mosia. Mosia was the Provincial Chairperson of Young Workers’ Structure and a shop-steward of the South African Municipal Workers Union (SAMWU).
In her, the Federation and the entire Alliance has lost a fighter, a selfless cadre, an organic leader and an advocate of youth and gender struggles.
Mosia passed on 31 March and will be laid to rest on Saturday, 5 April in De Aar.
COSATU extends its heartfelt condolences to her family, relatives, friends, the entire SAMWU family and comrades.
May her revolutionary soul rest in peace and rise in glory.
