The Police and Prisons Civil Rights Union (POPCRU) invites members of the media to cover the Reading of the Declaration and Closing Address of its Central Executive Committee (CEC), currently taking place at the Birchwood Hotel and OR Tambo Conference Centre.

Members of the media are invited to attend and cover these important closing proceedings.
